10 Minute Tricks for Instant Marketing Success

Donna Maria Coles Johnson wrote a fantastic article back in the summer of 2016 that I just happened to stumble upon recently. Her content was so smart, I just had to share it with you all. Her article was published in the summer of 2016 on Small Business Trends (https://smallbiztrends.com/) and it details seven simple tricks for optimizing your marketing strategy. The cool part? Each of these tips takes less than ten minutes to implement! While we are all busy juggling the tasks of running a small business, I think we can all commit to at least one ten minute trick a week!

So, without further ado, here are those time saving tips:

1. Survey your customers!

2. Share those survey results!

3. Request testimonials from customers AND colleagues!

4. Add those testimonials to your website!

5. Coordinate your cover images for consistent branding!

6. Cross-pollinate your social media followings!

7. Leverage your most popular blog posts!

Now you might be scratching your head asking yourself what all of these tips and tricks mean exactly. For example, when you hear the term cross-pollinating, what do you think of exactly? How many of you are familiar with offering surveys and then interpreting the results? What about the idea of using a blog? If you don’t have a blog, it might be a little hard to do that one, I admit. Well, that’s the beauty of having a free library like this one: We help condense the information for you. If you are still scratching your head on these tips, then I highly recommend heading on over to her full length article over here to get the rest of the scoop:
